FINALLY, NIGERIA IS OFFICIALLY IN A RECESSION

The National Bureau of Statistics said that with a decline in the GDP in the second quarter of 2016 by -2.06%, the country is officially in a recession.

I don't know the nitty gritty of the whole issue, but I do know that we have already been in a 'technical' recession. Nigerians are groaning heavily under the pains of high cost of living; low standard of living. In all these, there is less income and more spending.
It is high time something is done about this predicament we have found ourselves in.
